If you have an Aviva With Profits Bond (ex CGU) that you took out 10 years ago, you may have received (or be about to receive) a letter explaining the No MVR Guarantee. We believe that for many investors there will be a considerable financial gain, likely to run into thousands of pounds, if you cash-in on the 10th anniversary. To explain why we think this we have put together the following short videos and presentation.

Many policyholders have said that the "Maths" video helped explain the importance of not being lulled into a false sense of security by the roll-over of the 10th anniversary guarantee.
 
Policyholders with old CGU bonds will have received their last Special Bonus of 3.5% added to their policy at the start of 2010. The Special Bonuses amount to 10.7% in total and would include a Market Value Reduction if you surrendered as they have only been added in recent years. Policyholders who accepted Aviva's reattribution payment will not be entitled to any future Special Bonus.
